Righteous Construction Services is built around one idea: field-driven oversight. We inspect on behalf of the Engineer of Record — and on separate engagements, we coordinate construction through licensed trades. Two roles, deliberately separated, run to the same standard.
RCS provides Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI), General Contracting, and Project Management. Inspection credentials and construction licensing are separate — attributed below to the side they apply to.
CEI Side
On CEI engagements, RCS acts as the Engineer of Record’s field representative. We do not perform construction on these jobs — we inspect, verify, document, and report.

Construction Side
On construction engagements, RCS coordinates the project through licensed trades. Construction execution is performed by qualified, properly licensed contractors in accordance with Florida statutes.

A field career across both sides of the trade.
Vaughn Hendrix grew up around civil and vertical construction in Palm Beach County and spent years in the field before stepping into supervision, then inspection, then ownership. That time on both sides of the trade — running the build and representing the engineer — shaped how RCS runs today.
On CEI engagements, he works on behalf of the Engineer of Record — inspecting, verifying, and documenting civil infrastructure against the approved plans. On construction engagements, he coordinates the licensed trades, manages the permitting and sequence, and verifies every phase through to closeout.
Two roles, kept separate on purpose. One standard of accountability — whether the client is a municipality, an engineer, a developer, or a homeowner.

Whether we’re acting as the Engineer of Record’s field representative or coordinating a residential build, the same three principles hold.
The drawings are the tolerance
Right materials, right sequence, first time. When field conditions force a call, the call is made against the spec — not around it. If the drawings say something, the drawings are what gets built.
Every decision lands on the record
Daily reports, schedule deltas, RFI logs, and change-order register live on the job file in language anyone on the project can read. Nothing verbal, nothing lost, nothing reconstructed at closeout.
Someone owns every open item
Non-conformances get a name and a date. Nothing rolls to closeout without the paperwork that backs it up. A punch list without owners is a punch list that doesn't close.
